Our 4 star Hotel Park-Villa is centrally and superbly situated in Vienna's finest residential area " Döbling." The city center is only 10 minutes by bus, ensuring for one the comfort of traveling without stress and hassle.
Our location is very attractive also for the other reason: two big parks next door and the green "vineyard district" of Grinzing only one mile away. Is there anything better you could find?

The Hotel Park-Villa was originally Viennese Jugendstil-Villa (Art Deco) built in 1888, during the times of the "Belle Epoque". This privately family run hotel is newly renovated and offers an excellent service with old Viennese charm and style. All rooms present modern international 4 star standard and are equipped with: private bath/shower, hairdryer, Sat-TV, radio, telephone and mini-bar. Most rooms have adjoining balconies, garden view and direct fax/data access.

Breakfast is served in the salon. If the weather is nice you can enjoy it in our own hotel-garden.
