The 4 star Hotel Park-Villa is centrally and superbly situated in Vienna's finest residential area " Döbling." The city center is only 10 minutes by bus, ensuring for one the comfort of traveling without stress and hassle.
The hotel boasts privileged location next to two large parks and close to the green "vineyard district" of Grinzing.

Housed in an original Viennese Jugendstil-Villa, built in 1888 in splendid Art Deco style, during the times of the "Belle Epoque", the Park Villa hotel gives guests the feeling of old Viennese charm and style.
This privately family run hotel is newly renovated and offers an excellent service. All rooms present modern international 4 star standard and are equipped with: private bath/shower, hairdryer, Sat-TV, radio, telephone and mini-bar. Most rooms have adjoining balconies, garden view and direct fax/data access.

Breakfast is served in the salon. If the weather is nice you can enjoy it in our own hotel-garden.
